Very frustrating to deal with. Every time I call it goes to a voicemail that it is their lunchtime, it's 10am. Also would not let me back with my 8 year old son for his procedure, I don't like not seeing what happens to my kiddos. They stated kids to better without the parents, I had to sit in the waiting room and hear him keep saying ouch. Not very pleased at all. It sucks because everyone is so nice when you are there in person. Looking for a better office now.

I can not say enough great things about Dr. Lyons and his staff! I had my first-ever root canal yesterday. I did not know what to expect and was a little anxious. But, the process was much better than a filling or crown procedure. No pain during or after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Lyons and his staff.

I would suggest going to a different Endodontist. I went to see Dr. Lyons for an evaluation and he did not want to do a root canal. Instead he recommended extracting my tooth due to resorption and get an implant!!!! I did find a Endodontist and had a root canal done using gentle wave procedure and special microscope. I would go to someone else . They don’t have the high tech dental equipment, very outdated office. also, they don’t allow anyone in the office waiting room except for the patient which is very odd to me!! Signs are posted on the front door and in the new patient paperwork.

I've seen Dr Lyons since he first opened practice in Pensacola at least over 15 years ago; he had a staff of two back then - right out of school. Back then, he was great. Great service, great staff. He then entered into practice with Dr Rosenthal. From that point on, the service went downhill. Recently had a root canal retreatment in April. I was in a tremendous amount of pain and despite that, Dr Lyons did not make any effort to see me or fit me into his schedule despite being a long time patient and he did the work that needed to be REDONE. My primary dentist was very reluctant about Dr Lyons' evaluation result and while not saying anything directly, alluded to the fact that I should not have to go back for retreatment if it was done right. I felt that he did good work and was trustworthy, but his lack of compassion for his patients in pain compelled me to write this review. Now, his dental techs are FABULOUS! His office staff is TERRIBLE, SUBSTANDARD, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, etc. First of all, they screen calls like they are avoiding bill collectors. I just have to say how stress free and easy the process of scheduling was. The staff was super efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. Dr Lyons settled my anxiety and was very good at what he does. Pleasant manner and painless. I would 100% recommend this office and Dr Lyons.
